Jai Khanna is an Indo-American producer and sports media executive with nearly three decades of experience spanning talent representation, packaging, and premium content development. He began his career at Writers & Artists Agency before joining Brillstein Entertainment Partners in 1998, where he spent over 22 years. During his tenure, Khanna helped build and launch ventures for A-list clients and played a key role in packaging and producing projects across film and television.
Khanna’s credits and career touchpoints include titles such as Netflix’s ‘Prisoners Daughter,’ Hulu’s ‘Four Good Days,’ Amazon’s ‘Black Bear’ and the Emmy Nominated ‘The Great Debate with Charles Barkley’ for TNT. He has contributed to more than 25 films, helped raise capital across projects and ventures, and has been recognized by The Hollywood Reporter, Forbes, and The Wall Street Journal as one of Hollywood’s top executives and one of the most influential Indian American leaders in the U.S.
Today, Khanna is Co-Founder of Victory Media / Victory Sports Media, a global producer and financier of premium sports documentaries and docu-series, creating best-in-class programming with renowned athletes and visionary storytellers. Victory recently formed a joint venture with Ellevest to finance women’s sports content, expanding the company’s mission to champion equality through powerful storytelling.
